SUPERDREW warranty conditions

As a manufacturer, the Superdrew company provides Purchaser with a warrantee concerning

manufactured wooden window and wooden-aluminum (windows, balcony doors) joinery guaranteeing that the products are of good quality and free of manufacturing defects.

• 5 years for windows, wooden and wooden-aluminum doors; for structure, tightness of glass panels, ferrules, seals, aluminum liners,
• 3 years for varnish layer of wooden and wooden-aluminum windows and balcony doors – opaque colors,
• 2 years for varnish layer of wooden and wooden-aluminum windows and balcony doors – scumbling colors,
• 1 year for additional accessories for all products – handles, doors closers, inserts, locks, ventilators, mullions, glued Georgian bars, mosquito curtains, roller blinds, blinds, internal sills, drip caps, hand rails, decorative elements.

As a manufacturer, the Superdrew company provides Purchaser with a warrantee concerning

manufactured wooden door joinery (internal, external, lift and slide doors) guaranteeing that there products are of good quality and free of manufacturing defects.

• 2 years for external, internal and lift and slide doors – for the whole product,
• 1 year for additional accessories – handles, doors closers, inserts, locks, ventilators, Georgian bars, hand rails, controllers and additional decorative elements.
